Aboul Fotouh Group, a prominent real estate developer and automotive oriented company, will launch a fully-integrated community on Cairo-Alexandria Road, Invest-Gate reports.

The project details have yet to be announced. However, it is expected to span an area of three million square meters and will include the first autism center in Egypt.

The EGP 45-bn project will also include a medical center, a school, residential, commercial projects, and offices. Aboul Fotouh’s project will be finalized within five years following obtaining the required approval and permits.

The construction system adapted in the project is called the M2 system, which has been experimented globally and saves 30% to 40% of the traditional construction costs.

“This construction system is strong enough to tolerate earthquakes and stands strong in tolerating 30 tons of dynamite. We plan to develop many major projects with this construction system,” Founder and Chairman of Aboul Fotouh Group Hossam Aboul Fotouh tells Invest-Gate.
