Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for Commercial and Real Estate Affairs Mohamed Anwar Hilal said investors can apply for acquiring two state-owned parcels of 880.99 and 21.83 acres, separately, in Giza, which are being reallocated for the development of additional urban areas, Invest-Gate reports.
Lands are found at Sahara El Ahram and other areas across Giza Governorate, Hilal announced in a recent ministerial statement, noting that applications shall be put in at west Cairo’s 6th Of October City Authority from December 13 to 24.
That applies to those who have previously signed sales or ownership contracts for plots coming under the Republican Decree No. 566/20, Hilal further stated.
The official urged all companies, associations, entities, and individuals to not undertake any action or initiate work on the aforementioned lands before returning to the city authority. Legal measures will be taken against violators immediately, he affirmed.
