Abraj Misr Signs EGP 300 M Contracts for The Shore

Abraj Misr, an Egypt-based real estate developer, signed contracts worth EGP 300 million for construction work in The Shore, its North Coast project, said Tarek Bahaa, Abraj Misr commercial director, according to Amwal Al Ghad.

The company has signed a contract worth EGP 100 million with Mena for Engineering Consultation and Development.

The Shore will be built on 180 acres and will have 2,000 units; it will be located in Ras El Hekma Bay, on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Desert Road.

The project is comprised of four residential neighborhoods with designs that meet international quality standards, and a broad range of residential buildings designed on high terraces.

Abraj Misr was founded in 2010, and now owns numerous major projects in Egypt such as Florenta, Lavanda, and Montana Mall.
