Abu Dhabi Yas Island launches AI Customer Service

Abu Dhabi’s Miral, the creator of destinations on Yas Island, including Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld and Sea World, announces the launch of an AI customer-facing service leveraging ChatGPT to provide personalised guidance and information to visitors at Yas Island’s theme parks and experiences, Invest-Gate reports.

Noteworthy that the service will leverage ChatGPT through Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service and completes over 1,700 operations successfully in one week.

Moreover, ChatGPT is used to augment the capabilities of chatbots for customer services for the first time in various industries in the UAE, including the tourism and entertainment sector.
