Bloom Properties, a prominent developer in integrated and sustainable communities, will deliver the third phase of its Bloom Gardens master-development in Abu Dhabi, UAE ahead of schedule in the first quarter of 2017, according to the company, Trade Arabia reported.
Buyers are expected to move in to the 147 housing units in December 2016. The residential project offers three-bedroom townhouses, semi-detached three-bedroom villas, and four and five-bedroom villas.
The development is located in the heart of the capital, minutes away from Corniche Al Qurum and Khalifa Park.
The project includes security, a number of upscale amenities, a community center, a nursery, and a clinic that is expected to open in 2017, according to Construction Week Online.
The area also includes the Brighton College Abu Dhabi campus, which was established in 2011 by Bloom Education in association with Brighton College-UK.
CEO of Bloom Holding, Sameh Muhtadi, stated that all structural work in phase three is completed and 60% of the interiors are fitted-out.
