Abu Talib Real Estate Launches 22k Sqm Green Plaza Project in October Gardens

Abu Talib Real Estate Group, an Egypt-based developer, announced the launch of its Green Plaza project in October Gardens, Invest-Gate reports.

The 22,000 sqm development is part of the company’s plan to build distinguished projects in the city, leveraging its extensive experience in October Gardens.

Chairman Mohamed Abu Talib said Green Plaza is a business mall in a vital location with a unique design. It is located in a densely populated district, serving as a commercial and entertainment hub for thousands. Concrete works have started on the project, which Abu Talib plans to complete on schedule to maintain client trust.

Abu Talib chose October Gardens for several high-end developments given its prosperous investment future. The area attracts investors wishing to be in west Cairo, aided by its location and the state’s development plans. Proximity to Giza’s tourist sites also informed Abu Talib’s strategy to focus on commercial malls there.

Other Abu Talib malls in October Gardens include the 5,000 sqm Abu Talib Mall minutes from key roads and transportation. Diamond Plaza is next to government buildings and residential complexes on a 3,000 sqm plot. Downtown Mall, also 3,000 sqm, enjoys high foot traffic near main roads.

A 21,500 sqm tourist walkway project along the high-speed rail and Italian Square Road is another priority.

Abu Talib aims to be a top Egyptian developer by delivering diverse quality projects on time, emphasizing after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
