Acadia Developments announces expansion plan in the Egyptian real estate market during the second quarter of 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The company plans to launch a new project, the details of which will be revealed during the coming period, in addition to two projects in the most prominent areas of the New Administrative Capital.

Hana Raouf, Chairman of Acadia Developments, says that excavation work has been completed in the company’s first project, Pagoda Complex, in NAC’s Downtown area.

Raouf indicates that the Pagoda Complex project is located in an area of 2,144 sqm.

It is a commercial, administrative, and medical mall that consists of a ground and 10 recurrent floors with a direct view of the Gold Market and the monorail, she adds.

Raouf states that the company submitted a request to carry out excavation work in the Pagoda Business Tower project, which is the company’s second project in the new capital.

The chairman notes that Pagoda Business Tower is located in the Central Business District in an area of 3,111 sqm. It is a commercial and administrative project consisting of a ground floor and 13 floors.

The project is slated for delivery in 2025, Raouf reveals.
