Acadia Launches EGP 400 mn Projects in NAC

Acadia Real Estate intends to launch its first projects in the New Administrative Capital on an area of ​​2,221 sqm in a prime location, with investments estimated at EGP 400 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

“Pagoda complex project consists of 10 floors that include commercial, administrative and medical activities. The first three floors are commercial with an innovative system and the rest are administrative and medical,” Moamen Hassan, CEO of Acadia Real Estate Development, is quoted as saying in a company press release on March 16.

Hassan adds that the project implementation period is three years, indicating that it offers several units for various purposes to suit all customer needs.

He further confirms that Acadia is keen to provide services to the customers. “The project is a great investment opportunity in the Downtown area. The company also provides payment facilities through the development of multiple payment systems,” he affirms.

Moreover, the CEO of Acadia Real Estate Development says, “we implement a new different investment and marketing plan to achieve the highest profit for customers. The company contracted with major international brands to obtain the right to use the trademarks in the stores in exchange for a percentage of the profits. The customer can obtain 75% of the profits in exchange for 25% for the right to use it.”

“The new administrative capital is one of the most important urban projects in Egypt. It is an integrated city that increases the beauty of Egypt and is one of the largest investment opportunities, whether for developers or customers,” the CEO of Acadia Real Estate Development stresses.
