The Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) has been awarded the Tier III Certification of Design Documents and the Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility by Uptime Institute, a global leader in evaluating and certifying data centers, Invest-Gate reports.

These certifications underscore the excellence and advanced services provided by the New Administrative Capital’s data center and operations center, which operate with cutting-edge technology and adhere to the highest operational standards.

Moreover, the data center, a cornerstone of the “smart capital” concept, is the largest in Egypt and Africa. It plays a critical role in safeguarding vital information and ensuring data security and privacy for residents and private sector entities within the New Administrative Capital.

For his part, Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of ACUD, expressed his pride in receiving these certifications, highlighting the state’s commitment to creating a comprehensive digital environment for the new capital.

Also, Abbas emphasized the importance of developing digital capacities for government employees and ensuring the sustainability of a fully digitized, paperless government that efficiently exchanges information through digital systems.

Furthermore, the certifications reflect the New Administrative Capital’s ambition to enhance Egypt’s economic potential by creating modern spaces for living, working, and visiting.
