Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), met with Kanazawa Yukio, Chairman of Titan Capital, along with Titan’s Chairman of the Board Niwa Kshiro and an investment delegation of 15 major companies, to discuss real estate development collaborations and showcase investment opportunities for Japanese companies in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
The meeting was held at the Arts and Culture City, where Abbas welcomed the Japanese delegation and expressed his excitement about introducing one of Japan’s prominent real estate developers to the New Administrative Capital.
Abbas highlighted the city’s strategic position as Egypt’s first smart, green, and sustainable city, offering promising investment prospects across residential, service, and industrial projects.
Abbas emphasized that the city aligns with Egypt’s long-term urban development goals, aiming to create substantial employment opportunities for Egyptians.
Yukio expressed his admiration for the rapid development achieved in the New Administrative Capital and was particularly impressed by the architectural designs and technological integration he observed at the Arts and Culture City. He remarked on the city’s unique blend of modernity and tradition, calling it an innovative model for sustainable development.
Yukio noted that Egypt’s bold urban initiatives present tremendous opportunities for future partnerships, commending the country’s commitment to ambitious, large-scale projects completed within record timelines.
