The Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD) organized an iftar banquet during the holy month of Ramadan, bringing together real estate developers working in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) at St. Regis Almasa Hotel, Invest-Gate reports.

The iftar gathering provided an opportunity for Eng. Khaled Abbas, ACUD Chairman and Managing Director, to meet with numerous developers involved in NAC projects.

This new tradition facilitated the exchange of ideas and discussions on the latest developments in the developers’ respective projects. Eng. Khaled Abbas was joined by Dr. Eng. Ahmed Fahmy, General Manager of ACUD, several company leaders and employees, as well as a group of esteemed real estate developers.

In his opening speech, Abbas expressed his gratitude for the gathering taking place during the blessed month of Ramadan, following President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s constitutional oath for a third term at the new parliament headquarters within the NAC. Abbas acknowledged that the project originated from President El-Sisi’s vision and has flourished under his leadership.

Abbas further emphasized ACUD’s belief in the pivotal role of real estate developers as success partners who have made significant contributions to the project’s development. The company is committed to supporting developers through various initiatives and activities.

These include facilitating installment payments, allowing the transfer of installments, offering benefits and discounts, extending project timelines, and providing support for events and activities organized by developers.

Highlighting ACUD’s commitment to efficiency, Abbas mentioned that a dedicated floor has been allocated at the company’s headquarters to streamline developer licensing processes.

This floor houses all necessary services, including the National Research Agency and a branch of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). It enables developers to submit applications electronically and obtain licenses seamlessly. Abbas emphasized ACUD’s focus on leveraging information and technology infrastructure to enhance operations.
