Adeer International hosts a forum in Riyadh on “Strategies of Successful Real Estate Investment in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the UK, Invest-Gate reports.

Leading developers including Tatweer Misr, Paragon Developments and Berkeley Group Holdings participated.

The forum aimed to connect real estate markets in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the U.K. and increase awareness of their requirements.

It explained the mechanisms of the real estate market given international changes and growth in investment and allowed the exchange of views and experiences in those countries’ markets and the chance to learn of the latest trends.

“After success in building confidence in the British market, we decided to expand into one of the most promising Middle East markets, Egypt, which offers great opportunities,” says Bassel El Serafy, CEO of Adeer International.
