Administrative Capital Company for Urban Development, in collaboration with New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), have set land prices for the New Administrative Capital, reported Al Borsa News.

The price per square meter ranges from EGP 3,000 to EGP 5,000. Land to be used for  commercial use only with areas over 500 acres will be priced at EGP 3,000; however, the price set increases for  small and medium plots of land to reach at EGP 4,000 to EGP 4,500.

For premium plots of land, intended for commercial, administrative, and entertainment purposes, the price set starts from EGP 3,500 up to EGP 5,000.

The company was founded with a capital of EGP 6 billion, split between the Armed Forces and NUCA.
