According to the Dubai Land Department, real estate transactions on Tuesday amounted to over AED 4.7 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

The recorded transactions included 613 sales worth AED 4.11 bn, consisting of 35 land sales worth AED 2.77 bn and 578 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 1.34 bn.

The most significant land sale was valued at AED 2.43 bn in the Al Yalabis Fifth area, followed by a sale worth AED 50 mn in the Al Quoz Fourth area and a sale worth AED 31.29 mn in the Palm Jebel Ali area.

In terms of the number of sales, the Palm Jebel Ali region recorded the highest activity with five sales totaling AED 121.22 mn. It was followed by the first Jebel Ali area with four sales worth AED 13.9 mn and Nad Al Sheba First, which recorded four sales worth AED 54.17 mn.
