After the Success of Phase One… Emaar Misr Opens Booking for Phase Two of Marassi Red Sea

Emaar Misr for Development, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, announced the opening of bookings for the second phase of the Marassi Red Sea project, one of the largest integrated tourist developments on the Red Sea coast. This follows the remarkable success of the first phase and the strong customer demand since the project’s launch, while construction work on the first phase at the site has already begun, Invest-Gate reports.

Developing Phase One Hotels to Enhance Luxury Hospitality Experience

With a focus on enhancing the hospitality experience, Emaar Misr for Development has started developing hotels within the first phase, emphasizing a waterfront hotel with direct views of the marina. The hotel will include 117 hotel rooms and 108 hotel apartments, alongside exclusive beach cabins. The design phase has been completed, and tendering for execution will begin shortly, paving the way for on-site work to commence soon. This will enhance the destination’s appeal, support luxury tourism, and attract new segments of visitors to Egypt year-round. The project is expected to generate annual tourism revenues of approximately $200 million and increase tourist numbers by around 30%, directly supporting the national economy and the hospitality sector.

Biodiversity investment includes planting around 7,500 palm trees, 75,000 trees, and 30,000 desert plants, providing natural habitats, supporting wildlife, and reinforcing environmental balance in the area.
