Developer of the patented Crystal Lagoons has collaborated with Tatweer Misr to develop the first man-made lagoons in Ain Sokhna mountains, Zawya reported.

The development project will create six lagoons on a total area of 40,000 square meters as well as three kilometers of sandy beaches for the Il Monte Galala project.

Investment in the project is worth EGP 2.2 billion ($250 million), the first phase of which involves delivery of 1,600 residential and commercial units in 2019, according to Daily News Egypt.  The project is expected to be completed within 10 years.
