Construction Supervision
Under the agreement, ACE Moharram.Bakhoum will oversee construction works at the project, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Elaia is AJAD Developments’ first project in the Egyptian market and spans over 85 feddans in New Heliopolis along Suez Road in East Cairo.
