The Department of Municipality and Planning in Ajman releases data showing an increase in rental deals in 2022 of AED 512 mn or 28% compared to 2020, Invest-Gate reports.
Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the department’s Director-General, says: “The emirate has become attractive to residents, visitors, tourists, and investors due to its advantages that ensure their well-being.”
For his part, Ammar Abdul Kareem Al Kayed, Director of Rental Regulation, states that finalized rental contracts saw a significant increase in 2022 compared to 2021 and 2020.
He adds that residential contracts reached 65,087, while commercial contracts recorded 27,952, and investment totalled 232.
