Egypt-based Akam Developments held an event on January 9 at Marriott Mena House for its employees and executive board members, wherein the company’s deputy CEO Saad El Ghaithy has joined via a voice call.
“Akam Roadshow 2020” event was divided into two sessions, the first of which was focused on presenting the company’s strategies, goals, and latest achievements. The second session was full of fun activities for the employees to make up for the tiring yet fruitful year of 2019.
During the event, Akam CEO Essam Mansour has introduced the company’s mission and vision, as well as, its timelines and progress. He also tackled the company’s participation at Cityscape Egypt Exhibition 2019, during which it managed to be among those who achieved the highest sales despite the high competition.
Edrees Mohamed, Akam’s chief commercial officer (CCO), has said that the company plans to launch another project as an expansion to its mixed-use development, Scenario, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
Spanning across 40 acres, Scenario is being developed over four phases, with phases I and II already sold out, while the third is nearing completion.
He has also pointed to the establishment of an in-house research and analysis department in order to study the market very well, and thus cater to the customers’ needs and ambitions.
Edrees has underlined Akam’s dogma of “humanizing the real estate,” noting that “Scenario” was able to create happiness in real estate.
The company’s marketing communication manager Omar Shawkat has announced that Akam’s clients will receive a newsletter on the latest projects’ updates starting from the second quarter of 2020. He has also referred to the happiness management team that takes care of Akam’s customers.
Shawkat has unveiled that the company will launch a project in Bianchi in Alexandria, showing that Akam is not a NAC developer only.
