Akam Developments Signs Agreement with ACE

Akam Developments signs a cooperation agreement with Arab Consulting Engineering Moharram Bakhoum (ACE), represented by Ahmed Moharram, to supervise the implementation of the engineering and architectural designs for the SCENE 7 project, Invest-Gate reports.

“Such a cooperation with Arab consultants Moharram and Bakhoum, is a valued addition to the SCENE 7 project. It confirms our vision on implementing advanced urban communities with the highest quality to achieve sustainability,” Essam Mansour, chairman of Akam, is quoted as saying in a company press release on March 21.

On his part, Ahmed Moharram, vice chairman and managing director of the Arab Consultants Muharram and Bakhoum, expresses his happiness in cooperating with Akam, praising the company’s vision in implementing strong projects based on cooperation with all specialized engineering and technical expertise to achieve an integrated urban project of quality and design.

Furthermore, the consultant engineer, Yasser El-Beltagy, chairman of YBA Engineering and Architectural Consultancy – the consultant for the “SCENE7” project, says that Akam Real Estate’s contract with YBA & Muharram Bakhoum creates strong cooperation between the largest real estate companies and offices specialized in consulting, engineering and architectural designs.

Al-Beltagy further adds that the contract of YBA for engineering and architectural consultancy and Akam for urban development is the second cooperation in the management and design of engineering works for the company’s projects in the New Administrative Capital.

Hisham Kandil, the Technical Managing Director of Akam, also points that the contract with the Arab Consultants Moharram and Bakhoum achieves the company’s goals in implementing pioneering real estate projects, indicating that the company has almost completed 55% of the construction of the Scenario project.

The first phase will be delivered at the end of 2021, elaborating that the company aims to pump about EGP 950 mn during 2021 for the construction projects.
