Aknan Developments announced the launch of its latest commercial project, “TEKVERA”, during a press conference organized by the company in the presence of its executives, a number of success partners, and representatives of real estate marketing companies. During the event, the company revealed the project details and its future vision, and honored its success partners from real estate marketing companies in appreciation of their role in supporting the company’s journey, Invest-Gate reports.
A New Concept for Specialized Commercial Projects
Eng. Mohamed Helal, Chairman of Aknan Developments, confirmed that the TEKVERA project represents a major shift in the specialized commercial projects market and reflects the company’s vision of developing innovative real estate products that meet market needs. He explained that the project introduces a new concept based on creating a fully integrated destination for the technology sector instead of the traditional shopping mall model.
Project Details and Components
Eng. Mohamed Helal added that the project is being developed on an area of 1,100 square meters with investments approaching EGP 500 million. It includes 50 commercial units distributed over the ground floor and three upper floors (G+3). The project aims to offer an integrated destination that includes mobile phone stores, computer stores, artificial intelligence products, electronic games, device maintenance services, innovation zones, and food and beverage (F&B) areas.

Eng. Mohamed Helal pointed out that the project is located in a strategic location on 70th Street in New Cairo, between North 90 Street and South 90 Street, behind , and close to Future University. It also enjoys a direct view of the entire Third Administrative District, enhancing its investment appeal.

Eng. Mohamed Helal explained that the project is one minute away from North 90 Street, about three minutes from Future University, five minutes from the American University in Cairo, seven minutes from the Banking District, ten minutes from the Ring Road and the New Administrative Capital, and fifteen minutes from Cairo International Airport.

Eng. Mohamed Helal confirmed that the project’s competitive advantage lies in being a specialized technology destination that integrates interactive experiences and innovation, transforming shopping into a complete experience that increases visitor numbers and enhances the commercial value of both the units and the brands operating within the project.
Design, Execution, and Delivery
Eng. Mohamed Helal added that the project’s architectural design is being carried out by Smarch Architecture under the leadership of Eng. Wael El Saman, while Aknan Integrated Projects is responsible for construction. EgyMap Commercial Property Management will manage and operate the project. He noted that the company aims to deliver the project within 18 months from its launch date.
Company Experience
The Chairman explained that Aknan Developments has more than 20 years of experience since its establishment in 2002 and has successfully completed and delivered more than 700 units with total works exceeding 150,000 square meters, based on its “Based on Reality” philosophy, which focuses on delivering projects that are practical and meet market needs.
Expansion Plan
Eng. Mohamed Helal concluded his statements by announcing the company’s expansion plan, explaining that it aims to launch three new projects during the third quarter of the current year with total investments estimated at around EGP 2 billion, as part of a strategy to strengthen the company’s portfolio and deliver specialized real estate projects with added value.
