Egypt’s leading contracting company Al-Abd says it targets delivering 35 fully-furnished residential buildings as a part of a social housing project in the Sixth of October City within next November, Invest-Gate reports.
The total cost of the buildings is worth EGP 150 mn (USD 8.3 mn), according to Reuters.
Said Fattouh, Al-Abd’s managing director, says that his company had carried out utilisation networks for the housing units, including drinking water and wastewater lines as well as gas pipelines alongside road works.
“We will deliver the fully-furnished units at spaces of 90 square metres,” Fattouh adds.
