Al Ahly Sabbour achieves EGP 27 bn in 2025 sales target with EGP 400 mn generated at Cityscape Egypt

Al Ahly Sabbour Developments concluded its successful participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, one of the region’s leading property exhibitions, held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo until September 27. The company showcased its latest projects, including YOUD, Ten Islands, The Mornings, and Wadi Zaha, as part of its strategy to strengthen its local presence and introduce innovative housing concepts, Invest-Gate reports.

The company recorded over EGP 400 mn in sales during the exhibition. Its flagship project, Ten Islands, achieved an exceptional performance, surpassing sales targets by 150% within just one week of launch. These results boosted Al Ahly Sabbour’s total sales since the beginning of 2025 to EGP 27 bn, out of an annual target of EGP 32 bn. This performance reflects the company’s commitment to offering integrated communities and innovative residential solutions tailored to the evolving needs of clients.

Commenting on the results, Eng. Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour, emphasized that the company’s success is built on four pillars: selecting promising destinations, building value-creating partnerships, introducing innovative project concepts, and regional expansion through exporting Egyptian expertise.

On the sidelines of Cityscape Egypt 2025, Sabbour participated in a panel discussion titled “Exploring Real Estate Investment Opportunities in Egypt: Prices, Destinations, and Products” as part of the Cityscape Talks series. The session was moderated by Ms. Nervein Magdy, Managing Director of Property Finders Egypt, and joined by Mr. Hesham Mahran, CEO of Orange Egypt.

Sabbour highlighted that the exhibition attracted nearly 50,000 visitors, reflecting growing confidence in Egypt’s property market. He noted that the demand for housing in Egypt significantly outpaces supply, with an annual need for one mn units compared to only 650,000 built each year. This gap, he explained, creates strong opportunities for developers such as Al Ahly Sabbour to deliver projects that meet diverse family and investor needs.

He added that Egypt’s real estate exports have seen remarkable growth, rising from USD 500 mn two years ago to USD 1.6 bn today, with expectations to exceed USD 4 bn annually. This surge is largely driven by demand from Gulf and European investors. Development is no longer limited to Greater Cairo, he stressed, but extends to regional cities, the North Coast, the Red Sea, and new urban centers such as New Zayed, Sixth Settlement, and New Sphinx.

Sabbour further noted the evolving concept of “permanent housing,” which is now more adaptable to families’ social and economic needs. He underlined that Al Ahly Sabbour’s reliance on strategic partnerships with local developers has already enabled the launch of three new projects this year, supporting its vision of creating integrated urban communities.

Through its strong performance at Cityscape Egypt 2025, Al Ahly Sabbour reaffirmed not only its achievements but also its commitment to driving innovation and positioning Egypt as a leading regional and international real estate investment destination.
