Al Ahly Sabbour has announced the launch of its latest coastal project, YOUD Ras El Hekma, in partnership with JDAR Developments. The debut witnessed exceptional demand, generating over EGP 10 bn in sales and selling 650 of the 900 units offered within the first two days, underscoring strong market confidence in the project and the partnership, Invest-Gate reports.
