Al Ahly Sabbour Developments Sales Surge 400% to Reach EGP 25.5 Bn in H1 2024

Al Ahly Sabbour Developments has announced achieving sales worth EGP 25.5 billion in the first half of 2024 (H1 2024) out of a total annual sales target of EGP 30 billion, compared to EGP 6 billion during the same period of the previous year, an increase of more than 400%.

The company elaborated that this accomplishment was due to its various projects, which reflect the success of the company’s new strategy and the strong confidence of customers in its brand. This also indicates their desire to invest in its distinguished projects, including its two pioneering projects, At-East in Mostakbal City and “Summer” on the North Coast, which strengthens Al Ahly Sabbour’s position as one of the most important real estate developers in Egypt and the region.

On this occasion, Ahmed Sabbour, Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ahly Sabbour Developments, praised the company’s exceptional sales performance realizing significant achievements in record time, made possible by efforts exerted by the company’s work team. He added that Al-Ahly Sabbour works through an ambitious strategy focused on continuously developing all its projects and vision to maintain its leading position in the Egyptian real estate development sector.

The 181-feddan At-East project in Mostakbal City achieved exceptional sales worth EGP 7.8 billion in the first phase out of a total of EGP 8 billion targeted for the entire year. The total investments in the project amount to EGP 35 billion, and purchase orders exceeded the number of units available for the first phase.

This achievement reinforces Al-Ahly Sabbour’s leadership in Mostakbal City, where the company owns the largest land area of ​​up to 1,000 feddans on which seven projects are built in the city, in addition to its strong legacy in achieving success through six previous projects including Rare, The Ridge, Alaire, Woodwalks, Green Square, and L’avenir.

Developing the project on the last plot of land in the first phase of Mostakbal City is considered a great advantage, as it means that when the units are delivered, all facilities and services in the area will have already been established and developed. Thus, residents will be able to enjoy various services, not only within the project but in the first phase of the entire city.

Moreover, the “Summer” project on the North Coast, which has investments of over EGP 100 billion, exceeded the company’s sales targets of EGP 15 billion during the year. The project achieved EGP 16 billion in sales immediately after the launch of the first phase alone, another factor that recently boosted the company’s momentum.
