Al Ahly Sabbour Developments has announced the launch of “Sabbour Academy,” a dedicated platform aimed at empowering young talent and preparing future leaders, reaffirming the company’s commitment to investing in people as its most valuable asset. The academy reflects Al Ahly Sabbour’s vision to build a new generation of leaders capable of driving innovation, strengthening institutional performance, and shaping the future of the real estate sector, Invest-Gate reports.

The launch underscores the company’s focus on cultivating a knowledge-driven culture and enhancing managerial and leadership skills across departments. Al Ahly Sabbour has also signed memoranda of understanding with the American University in Cairo and ESLSCA University, in addition to partnering with local training and leadership development specialists including Logic, Misqa, and School of Business Speakers to ensure high-quality and diverse training content.

Sabbour Academy offers two main programs: the Leadership Academy, tailored to support employees at different career stages—from entry-level professionals to senior executives—and the Sales Academy, focusing on developing advanced commercial and marketing capabilities. The six-month program combines practical and theoretical learning to enhance leadership skills and accelerate career growth.
