Al Ahly Sabbour Development achieved a milestone year in 2024, surpassing its annual sales target by recording EGP 32.5 bn in total sales, exceeding the projected EGP 30 bn, Invest-Gate reports. The company also delivered 2,500 residential units and aims to hand over 1,500 additional units in 2025 while targeting EGP 32 bn in sales. It plans to invest EGP 10 bn in construction to accelerate project completion.

During a press conference, the company reaffirmed its commitment to expediting construction across its developments by collaborating with top-tier contractors. It announced a partnership with EJAB, a leading infrastructure company in Egypt, to execute the infrastructure works for KEEVA with an investment of EGP 1 bn. Additionally, the first phase of the project has been completed in collaboration with El Hazek Construction.

Further expanding its portfolio, Al Ahly Sabbour launched a new phase of its AT-EAST project in Mostakbal City with EGP 2 bn in construction investments. The project introduces a variety of residential units, catering to modern lifestyles and expanding homeownership options.

With these strategic moves, Al Ahly Sabbour solidifies its position as a leader in Egypt’s real estate sector, delivering high-quality, sustainable developments while maintaining strong sales momentum.
