Al Ahly Sabbour Development has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MoU) with New Giza for School Management Learning Environments (LVNG), which allows the two entities to develop two international schools, at a total investment cost of EGP 650 mn, Invest-Gate reports.
At Odyssia in Mostakbal City, the school project is to span an area of 30,000 square meters. The new project is expected to start operating in 2023, according to Al Ahly Sabbour’s official statement.
“Since the establishment of Al Ahly Sabbour, we have always sought after partnerships that not only add value to our endeavors but also help us achieve our vision to offer unique, state-of-the-art real estate products,” CEO of Al Ahly Sabbour Ahmed Sabbour was quoted as saying.
He further describes the agreement as “a tremendous leap towards creating a comprehensive cultural hub,” he comments.
On his part, CEO of New Giza for School Management (LVNG) Amr Elseginy adds, “We believe in the excellence and individuality of every learner; thus, we are keen to develop encouraging and stimulating educational environments that promote creative and self-discovery skills in academic, personal, sports, artistic, cultural and health domains, which we are thrilled to introduce to this new cultural and educational hub at Al Ahly Sabbour’s City of Odyssia.”
The City of Odyssia is based in a prime location; this project sees a total investment of EGP 29 bn and is planned to be delivered over seven phases; three of which are: The Ridge, Alaire, and Alaire Park.
