Al Ahly For Real Estate Development Company, an Egypt-based real estate developer, will open a new office branch in Saudi Arabia within four months, said Hussein Sabour, the company’s chairperson, Amwal Al Ghad reported.
The new branch comes following the signed agreement with the Saudi Housing Ministry to develop 150,000 residential units for middle-income earners, as part of the 1.5 million unit project launched by Saudi Ministry.
Three other real estate developers will take part in establishing the housing units, including Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Company and Misr Italia Group.
The company recently completed a project in Dubai, UAE, as well its first sports facility, Platinum Club, in Cairo, and is currently working on Amwaj Project in the North Coast.
