Al Ahram Real Estate reveals the implementation of about 24 projects in New Cairo for the residents in the fourth district of New Cairo and Beit Al Watan area near El Shorta Club and the new building of Al-Ahly Club, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Taher, chairman of Al Ahram, says that August sees a huge work for the company’s projects in New Cairo. Also, the company seeks to implement projects with unique designs and considers prices for customers.

Al Ahram plans to launch many housing projects in New Cairo with villa-style housing, specifically in the new Narges area.

Taher adds that the new projects are characterized by the diversity of spaces in each project, which offers the opportunity for the largest number of segments to get a housing unit.

Moreover, the company relies on market studies and real market needs before launching its projects. Recently, Al Ahram delivered more than 200 housing units of different spaces.

It is noteworthy that Al Ahram completed the delivery of more than 15 projects in Beit Al Watan area in New Cairo. The company also developed and delivered about 114 units over 19,900 sqm. Additionally, it developed 11 projects in a large number of areas in the 5th Settlement, specifically in five different areas, namely South Academy, Andalus 1, Andalus 2, South Lotus, and New Lotus. Al- Ahram also launched its latest residential projects in the North House area in New Cairo.
