Al Ahram Real Estate, one of the leading real estate companies in the Egyptian market, has achieved the highest rates of construction within its projects in New Cairo during 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The company plans to launch several residential projects in New Cairo, specifically in the New Narcissus area, with a villa character for the buyers. Al Ahram Real Estate has announced the execution of nearly 63 parallel projects in most New Cairo areas, characterized by villa residences for buyers in the Fourth District of New Cairo and the Beit Al Watan area.

For his part, Mahmoud Taher, CEO and co-founder of Al Ahram Real Estate, affirmed that work is progressing rapidly in the company’s projects, with the largest construction volume taking place in October 2023, confirming that the delivery operations to the buyers in the company’s projects are ongoing.

Furthermore, Taher stressed that they are keen to conduct optimal testing for the project sites in every project they undertake.

A testament to this is the projects currently being implemented in the Beit Al Watan area of New Cairo, which are close to commercial malls, Al Ahly Club, and Police Club. He affirmed that the Fourth District will be a reason for Al Ahram Real Estate’s success in the coming period.

It is worth mentioning that Al Ahram Real Estate has completed the delivery and occupancy of more than 15 projects in the Beit Al Watan area of New Cairo for the buyers. Additionally, they have developed and delivered nearly 114 units, totaling 19,900 sqm, in a large number of areas in the Fifth Settlement, specifically in 5 different areas: South Academy, Al Andalus 1, Al Andalus 2, South Lotus, and New Lotus, since the company’s inception in the real estate market.
