Al-Ahram Real Estate company announces the implementation of nearly 40 projects in New Cairo, including residential villas, in the fourth district in New Cairo and the Beit Al-Watan area, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Taher, Group CEO of Al-Ahram real estate, confirms that the work is proceeding in full swing in the projects of Al-Ahram Real Estate company and registered the largest volume of construction implemented, stressing that the company is doing its best to implement projects with distinguished designs, as well as taking into account prices for customers.

Taher praises the efforts of all departments within Al-Ahram Real Estate Company, whether the engineering department, contracting, procurement, and all company employees, stressing that they are unknown soldiers of Al-Ahram company.

Taher says: “We are keen in every project that we start on the necessity of optimal testing for the sites of the projects that it is implementing, and the evidence is the projects that are currently being implemented in the Beit Al-Watan area in New Cairo and its proximity to commercial malls, Al-Ahly Club and the Police Club in the fourth district.”

Al-Ahram Real Estate company plans to offer a number of housing projects for citizens in the Egyptian real estate market in New Cairo, including residential villas, specifically in the new Narjis area.

It is worth noting that Al-Ahram Real Estate company has finished handing over and housing more than 15 projects in the Beit Al-Watan area in New Cairo City, in addition to developing and delivering approximately 114 units of 19,900 sqm and a total of 11 projects in a large number of areas in the Fifth Settlement.
