Al Amaken Development announced that the implementation rate of the Genista New Zayed project has increased to 85%, Invest-Gate reports.
Essam Farghaly, Chairman of Al Amaken Development, stated that adhering to and accelerating implementation timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence are essential elements distinguishing Al Amaken Development. Building a strong relationship of trust with customers primarily depends on meeting the deadlines and specifications agreed upon with them.
Additionally, he explained that the Genista New Zayed project is strategically located in Sheikh Zayed City, covering an area of 21,000 sqm. It is an integrated residential project that includes residential units consisting of twin houses, townhouses, standalone homes, and a social club. The project is planned for delivery within three and a half years from its launch in March 2023. Its proximity to the Desert Road and Dabaa Axis connects it to the main thoroughfares in western Cairo.
Furthermore, Farghaly pointed out that Genista New Zayed is one of the prominent projects in the New Zayed area, and through it, the company aims to provide an exceptional living experience that combines modern design with integrated services, enhancing the quality of life for residents. He emphasized that this project is a pivotal step in the company’s journey to offer innovative urban solutions that meet customer aspirations.
Moreover, he noted that the key features of the company’s expansion plan involve implementing projects in Sheikh Zayed and the North Coast—regions experiencing strong demand for various residential units. Consequently, the company aims to meet this demand and execute projects with the highest standards of quality and excellence, ensuring an increase in its customer base both inside and outside Egypt.
