Al Amaken Development has announced the launch of “Genista Zayed,” its second project in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

Spanning 5 feddans, the project is strategically located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, overlooking key vital axes.

Essam Farghaly, Chairman of Al Amaken Development, emphasized that the prime location was chosen to offer the best investment opportunities for clients. This aligns with the company’s strategy of selecting exceptional project sites. “Genista Zayed” is situated next to Al-Ahly Club and near Hyper One Sheikh Zayed, making it a highly accessible and attractive location.

The integrated residential project will feature various unit sizes, catering to different needs. Additionally, it will include a commercial section with retail stores, landscaped areas, a swimming pool, a kids’ area, and open spaces, providing a comprehensive living environment for residents.

Farghaly highlighted that the launch of “Genista Zayed” coincides with the ongoing implementation of the company’s first project in Zayed City, “Genista New Zayed.” This project, launched in 2023, has already achieved 60% completion within a year. The integrated residential development is set to be delivered by 2025, reflecting the company’s commitment to timely and efficient project execution.
