The initial phase of this collaboration will feature the “Serenity Residence” project, designed to promote a healthier lifestyle with precise architectural planning from Pinnacle Consultant. Located on the highest hill in the fifth district of El Obour, the project promises clean, pollution-free air and easy access to main roads and essential services.

At the signing ceremony, the completion of pouring 2,500 cubic meters of concrete for the project’s foundations was announced, marking it as the largest single-day concrete pour in the history of El Obour City.
