Al Bawani to Implement New USD 83 mn Commercial Tower

The Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Asharqia Chamber) has awarded Saudi-based Al Bawani Company a contract to carry out implementation works of its newest commercial tower in the kingdom’s eastern province, dubbed Al Kharwa Investment Tower, Invest-Gate reports.

At an investment of SAR 335 mn (USD 89 mn), the commercial development will be adjacent to Asharqia Chamber’s premises, featuring unique designs that complement the modern style of this business community and its services, Al Bawani said in an official statement on July 3.

“The board’s decision to move forward with this pivotal project in the chamber’s history has great faith and confidence in the future of our national economy and the vital role played by the business sector in national development in achieving the vision of the Kingdom 2030,” Chairman of Asharqia Chamber Abdul Hakim bin Hamad Al Khalidi was quoted as saying.

“The design of the project takes into account the various needs that are commensurate with the aspirations of the business sector and aims to facilitate their work, and improve performance,” Al Khalidi explained.
