Al-Borouj Misr Developments signs a contract for Savills Egypt to manage, operate and lease the Sixty Business Park and Sixty Business Corporation projects in the New Administrative Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

The deal is part of the company’s plan to work with leading entities across its projects.

Hazem El-Sherif, Chairman of Al-Burouj Misr, says contracting with Savills adds competitive advantages, as it is a leading strategic consulting, valuation, facilities management consulting, property management and operations, and market research and studies firm. 

This will boost the marketing and rental value for unit owners through studies achieving the highest return on investment, El-Sherif adds.  

He states that Al Burouj Misr was one of the first to invest in the new capital diversifying into the Sixty Business Park, Sixty Three, and 6ixty corporate projects for large corporations’ international headquarters.

El-Sherif explains that the Sixty Business Park was delivered with an excellent location and the highest quality under expert supervision. 

The Savills deal will achieve great client success through quality operation, management and maintenance, raising demand and supply value locally and internationally for investors and lessees.  

The company plans more investments in Fifth Settlement and Heliopolis for various administrative, commercial and hotel projects. 

It also aims to expand in integrated urban projects in Gulf countries.

Vice Chairman Mohamed El-Asi says the goal is distinguished partners applying the highest standards for successful contracts in various engineering, hotel and operational fields. 

The company contracted with Accor’s Movenpick brand for the Sixty Iconic Tower, El-Asi notes.
