With exclusive offers, AL-BOROUJ MISR will participate in Egypt 2030 exhibition in Dubai on February 18 to present its new project in NAC, Invest- Gate reports.
Mohamed Assi, vice chairman of AL-BOROUJ MISR, sees that participation in external exhibitions is one of the marketing mechanisms that support the company’s sales plan and enable the company to reach new clients outside Egypt.
He further comments, “Exhibitions abroad provide the opportunity to market Egypt as a destination for clients seeking a real estate investment, whether Egyptians expats or foreigners.”
For his part, Waseem Odeh, AL-BOROUJ MISR’s CCO, states that at the exhibition, the company will launch its new unrevealed projects. Moreover, the company will launch new units in Sixty Iconic, located in CBD in front of the Iconic Tower at the new capital.
Sixty Iconic is 180 m-tower, consisting of 50 floors. The project is a mixed-use one comprising commercial, administrative and hotel apartments; in addition to its last 10 floor that will be managed by “Mövenpick” by Accor International Group.
Odeh also highlights that the company provides its customers with flexible payment plans for periods up to 10 years, in addition to introducing offers with discounts of up to 10%.
Moreover, Khaled Abdel Rahman, CEO of Al Etegah Al Awal company, the exhibition organizer, comments that such exhibitions provide an opportunity to introduce the current comprehensive urban development in Egypt, confirming that the company is keen to diversify the list of participating companies.
