Al-Burouj Real Estate celebrated its latest milestone with a grand event at Triumph Luxury Hotel, attended by prominent clients and industry leaders, Invest-Gate reports.

Moreover, the company unveiled the third phase of its El Souq project, an expansive retail complex focused on textiles and ready-to-wear clothing.

Spanning 13 feddans along the Obour Main Axis, the development will feature nine specialized commercial centers, creating 5,000 direct and 15,000 indirect job opportunities. Al-Burouj announced that the first mall in the project will open in three months, with construction ahead of schedule.

The El Souq development is positioned to become a hub for Egyptian textile brands, catering to wholesale and export markets, enhancing the region’s economic potential.
