Real estate developer Al Dau Development, a member of Sami Saad Holding, plans to launch a new residential tourism project in West Cairo during the current year, Invest-Gate reports.
Fahd Derbala, the company’s CEO, told Invest-Gate that the project, dubbed Cairo West, is a residential tourism development covering an area of 40,000 square meters and comprising a number of residential units, as well as, a 350-room hotel.
Derbala noted that the project’s first phase comprises 300 units, explaining that Cairo West’s designs are currently being completed.
The CEO also revealed that Al Dau plans to fully market the project to foreign customers, adding that west Cairo will gradually become a tourist area with the completion of some urban developments, namely the Grand Egyptian Museum.
He elaborated that exporting Egyptian properties comes at the top of the company’s marketing schemes, in addition to diversify its portfolio of projects to address a larger segment of Egyptian customers abroad and non-Egyptians too.
