Al Dawlia Boutique Developments, a subsidiary of MAS Group, has signed an engineering supervision contract with Moharram Bakhoum (ACE), a renowned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firm, to oversee the execution of its latest project, “Regents Square”, Invest-Gate reports.

Inspired by British Victorian architecture, “Regents Square” is set in New Cairo’s Golden Square and spans 25 feddans, with 78% dedicated to green spaces. With expansive landscaped areas and lakes, the development aims to offer residents an exceptional living experience reminiscent of British royal gardens.

Regents Square is an extension of the successful “Regents Park” project, which was fully sold out.
