UAE-based Al Fahed Development Company has launched its new seafront project in Abu Dhabi, Trade Arabia reports.

The project features residential and commercial properties, a park and luxurious villas with views overlooking clear blue waters, white sandy beaches, and neighboring mangroves.

The project’s first phase will see the development of the marina area with 301 luxurious villas and nine buildings housing 671 apartments, as well as 15 townhouses overlooking the marina.

Al Fahed CEO Jalal Kulaib said the project will represent ongoing progress in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector which will target families searching for a modern lifestyle on the seaside while considering privacy.
