Al Forsan Real Estate, the property arm of Al Forsan Holding, announces that it is leasing out its Type 1 and Type 2 villas for AED 245,000 (USD 66,690) and AED 265,000 respectively in Abu Dhabi, UAE, Invest-Gate reports.

The Al Forsan Village project spans an area of 241,985 square meters, has 385 villas, and encompasses 440 units of one- to four-bedroom apartments. In addition to Emirati nationals, Al Forsan Village is now home to several nationalities.

Type 1 is a three-storey villa and spreads across an area of 680 square meters with four bedrooms, a garden, two-car garages along with a garden and a courtyard. The storied Type 2 villa spreads across an area of 805 square meters, has five bedrooms, games and a theatre room, three-car garages, a ladies and gentlemen’s majilis (living rooms) coupled with a well-manicured garden and a courtyard.
