Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is to participate in Cityscape conference and exhibition, the largest annual real estate annual event in Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.

Under the patronage of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities & Urban Communities, Cityscape’s two-day conference will be held at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza Hotel – Cairo, on September 20-21, 2021. Its exhibition is to take place on September 22-25 at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo.

During the conference, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate Ashraf Ezz El Din will give a speech titled “Navigating Egypt’s Asset Classes: A Snapshot of 2021 & Beyond”. In addition, Ezz El Din will tackle vital topics through his, including the move to new cities & the breakthroughs witnessed accordingly, integrated mixed-use communities that have first been introduced to Egypt by Cairo Festival City (CFC), along with AFGRE’s future projects.

Throughout Cityscape’s exhibition, Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate’s current & potential customers shall be introduced to CFC’s residential and commercial projects by visiting AFGRE’s revolutionary AI-enhanced booth. Moreover, AFGRE will provide its clientele with exclusive reductions & offers that range from 0% down payment, to multiple payment facilities extending to seven years on commercial projects and eight years on residential ones.
