Al Futtaim Group Real Estate has released a new drive-thru service to lessen physical contact and provide efficient services for all outlets, aiming to cope with the new world order of real estate.

Additionally, the Egypt-based company will soon feature concierge services for all food and beverage (F&B) outlets, Al Futtaim Group Real Estate Managing Director Ashraf Ezz El-Din revealed during Invest-Gate’s second virtual roundtable, dubbed the “New Real Estate Product,” on June 15.

The move comes as part of the real estate developer’s series of adjustments and solutions targeted at both safeguarding the health of employees and customers and exhibiting the resiliency to overcome the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ezz El-Din further stated.

Invest-Gate’s latest event came based on the recommendations from the “Smart Real Estate Market Amid COVID-19” previous virtual roundtable, aiming to put an end to some obstacles and harvest the full potential of property investments.
