Al-Habeeb Group, led by General Abdul Rahim Manoufi, Chairman of the Board, has signed an exclusive agreement with JKFacilities, under the leadership of Eng. Osama Alaa Albadry, to manage and operate the landmark “Happiness Plaza” project in New Qena. The partnership covers technical, administrative, marketing, and commercial consulting ahead of the project’s operational launch, Invest-Gate reports.

The contract was signed by Mr. Ahmed Yahya Al-Noubi, Manager of Al-Habeeb Group; Mr. Saleh Abdul Rahim Manoufi, Manager of Al-Habeeb for Development and Investment; Eng. Ahmed Mansour Abdul-Lah, Manager of Al-Habeeb Engineering and Contracting; Mr. Tamer Shakir, Chairman of Joud Investments; and Ms. Iysal Khalifa, Executive Director and Board Member of JKFacilities.

Spanning 20,000 sqm at the main entrance of New Qena, Happiness Plaza is the first integrated administrative, commercial, hotel, and entertainment complex in the region. Construction is currently 80% complete, with the official opening scheduled for December 2026.

The project combines modern architecture with multifunctional spaces, including medical, entertainment, and retail services, positioning it as a major destination for residents and visitors of Upper Egypt. Al-Habeeb Group stressed that the partnership with JKFacilities marks a strategic step in developing and managing large-scale commercial projects in the region, expected to generate significant job opportunities.

JKFacilities affirmed that its role in managing Happiness Plaza builds on its extensive track record in property management across Egypt, adding that the project will stand as a new urban landmark in southern Egypt.
