Al Mazaya Group Holding, an Omani developer, has awarded a – OMR 5.7mn- contract (AED 54.38mn) to Al Hajiry Trading for building and maintaining its upcoming project Mazaya Residences, reported Gulf News on Tuesday.

The project, located in Muscat, offers 120 residential units and over 25 retail areas along with other amenities such as health clubs, swimming pools, and tennis courts. It is scheduled to be completed within the next two years.

Al Hajiry Trading is an Omani company with several subdivisions, including businesses ranging from construction, over furnishing, to car renting.
