Al Hayah for Urban Planning and Development will launch this month its newest coastal project, Al Hayah Gardens, in the North Coast, state-owned Al Ahram Al Iktisadi news website reports.

Al Hayah Chairman Mansour Taher tells Al-Ahram that Al Hayah Gardens will be marketed and executed over three phases with investments worth EGP 300 mn, adding that the first phase will be launched during this month.

Stretching over 110 acres near to New Alamein, the project’s first phase will encompass 40 units, with prices ranging from EGP 800,000 to EGP 1.7 m, Taher elucidates, adding that 60,000 meters of the project’s land area is dedicated to the establishment of 139 units. A total of 97% of those units are villas with areas ranging from 125 to 245 square meters and the rest are chalets with areas ranging between 55 to 85 square meters.

Al Hayah has commenced the construction works at its coastal project, with the first phase units to be delivered in 2021, Taher reveals.

There are 50,000 square meters of the project allocated for developing a social sports club registered in the Egyptian Football Association and is marketed via the membership system, the chairman adds.

Taher reveals to Al-Ahram that Al Hayah is currently delivering the Lamera Beach project’s units in the North Coast.

Spreading over an area of 33 acres, Lamera Beach comprises 450 units with areas ranging from 60 to 200 square meters. He says that the company has finalized marketing the project which will be fully delivered in 2019 at an investment value of EGP 400 mn. 

Al Hayah has finalized two development projects at Bianchi Palace in Alexandria, which included the development and delivery of three buildings, as well as, the completion of Vista Matrouh, a residential compound spanning across an area of 7,000 square meters, he adds.
