Al Marasem Development and Marina Way Lagoon partner with Rotana to manage and operate hotel projects, in a bid to achieve the highest investment returns, Invest-Gate reports.
Al Marasem explains that the first contracted project is “Rotana Lake Residence” at the “Fifth Square” project. Meanwhile, the second one is Marina Way Lagoon’s project “Marina Bay” in Marina El Alamein, North Coast. It covers an area of 14,120 m.
Units of both projects are fully finished with high-quality, in addition, they offer various spaces and distinctive hotel services.
For his part, Nasser Al Nowais, chairman of Rotana clarifies, “Egypt has always been a strategic market for Rotana Group due to its major components and being a world-leading destination on the tourism map,” adding that “Al Marasem’s projects support our expansion plans, and reinforce our existence on the Egyptian market.”
