Al Marasem Development has launched its third integrated project “Mar Bay” in the Ras El Hekma area on the northwest coast, as part of the company’s strategic expansion plan embodied by the slogan: “The Legacy of Excellence Broadens”, Invest-Gate reports.

The Mar Bay project spans an area of 640 feddans, equivalent to 2,700,000 sqm or 2,700 acres. Al Marasem Development serves as the general and exclusive developer of the project, which stands out due to its strategic location at kilometer 191 of the Alexandria-Matrouh Road in the Ras El Hekma area.

The project’s overall plan was collaboratively designed with the Global Office (BDP), a renowned international architectural and planning firm with over 60 years of experience in major projects worldwide.

The project launch aligns with Al Marasem Development’s vision of creating meticulously designed integrated communities that cater to the interests and needs of all family members. The project offers an array of amenities, luxurious services, and diverse facilities suitable for all age groups, aspiring to become a cherished gathering place for families.

With a beachfront stretching 1,200 m and an additional 1,050 m of lagoon beaches that open directly to the sea, the project encompasses villas, twin houses, townhouses, chalets of various sizes and designs, as well as hotel rooms boasting innovative architectural concepts and supported by cutting-edge tourism and entertainment services.

During the project’s planning phase, the company prioritized leveraging the variation in land elevation to provide breathtaking views for the residential units. The Mar Bay project features indoor swimming lakes with expansive sandy beaches in close proximity to all units. The distribution of the lakes within the general plan ensures distinct views from each unit.

The project’s distinctiveness is further enhanced by a wide range of top-notch services and facilities that guarantee international standards of luxury. These include renowned restaurant brands offering direct sea views, retail shops, a professionally managed hotel, and the beachfront Club House & SPA, providing visitors with a serene and private relaxation experience.
